The True Sanctify is a craftable Hardmode shamanic weapon. On use, it fires one of 3 possible attacks:

• A short-ranged instantaneous laser that can pierce up to 2 enemies.
• A basic fast-moving orb that flies straight and deals 20% extra damage.
• A slow-moving orb that homes in on the nearest enemy and deals 50% extra damage.

After every 5 hits, the player will gain a true hallowed orb, displayed above the player. Up to 7 orbs can be had at maximum, and hitting an enemy after causes them all to fly out, homing in on the nearest enemy in order to deal damage. Alternatively, if the player has no active shamanic empowerments, the orbs will fly out, regardless of how many the player has.

Hitting enemies provides the Level IV Attack Empowerment to the player.
