The True Depths Baton is a craftable Hardmode shamanic weapon. On use, it fires a bolt of dark energy that travels a distance in an erratic, zig-zag motion. After traveling its maximum distance, the bolt will fire a smaller projectile for a short distance that deals increased damage. By default, a single bolt will be fired per weapon use, but increases by 1 for every active shamanic empowerments, up to a maximum of 6 dark energy bolts per weapon use.

Hitting enemies provides the Level IV Attack Empowerment to the player.
