The Feather Scepter is a craftable Pre-Hardmode shamanic weapon. As with all shamanic weapons, the Feather Scepter's attacks are fired from a catalyst, whose position and direction are based on the position of the cursor.
On use, the Feather Scepter fires a spinning feather that decelerate quickly before coming to a stop, but are unaffected by gravity and can pierce multiple enemies. During its last 2.33 seconds, indicated by it producing a ring of blue dust, the feather will deal an additional 5 damage. If the player has 3 or more active elements, the weapon will fire a second feather with a slight spread and lower initial velocity.
Damaging non-Target Dummy enemies will grant the player the 
Air Element for a length of time.
Its best modifier is Effervescent, as it cannot get modifiers that affect its knockback.
