Usage of the harpy anklet.

The Harpy Anklet is a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory that, while equipped, will cause the player's double jumps to shoot out 8 harpy feathers in a 12 block radius around the player. In order for this effect to occur, a shamanic speed bond must be active.

If the player doesn't already have a double jump accessory equipped, they will gain the ability to double jump.
