The Demon Breath is a Pre-Hardmode Alchemist weapon that can be found in Shadow Chests.

Combat

• Demon Breath releases demon flames that fly in the 4 main directions. Then, the flames return to the center.
• Demon flames pierce enemies and tiles.
• Demon flames travel a longer distance before returning based on the number of elements mixed.
• Demon Breath coats enemies in alchemical air.
• It has a good synergy with Keystone of the Convent.
• The Hidden Reaction Demon Reeks basically doubles the damage output of the weapon and any mixture that uses it.

Demon Breath + Goblin Oil or Hellfire Oil:

Demon breath projectiles will replicate. The buff lasts for 60 sec.

The projectiles at first attack vertically and horizontally, as usual, but then attack diagonally once instead of disappearing.
