The Slime Cane is a Post-Moon Lord summon weapon dropped by Goozma. Upon use, it consumes a single minion slot to summon four slime minions to fight for you:
- Blinky, a corruption slime which shoots Dank Creepers at enemies which jet spikes outwards, expanding their hitboxes, upon getting close enough to enemies.
- Pinky, a hallow slime which stays near enemies and surrounds herself in an aura of damaging light at regular intervals.
- Clyde, a crimson slime which bounces on top of enemies.
- Inky, a stellar slime which dashes at enemies, entering portals upon each dash, dashing again, and repeating.
Each subsequent use of the weapon upgrades all four slimes and consumes another minion slot until all four slimes have been upgraded 4 times, consuming a total of 5 slots. Once the slimes have been fully upgraded, a Goozmoem minion is summoned which sits on the player's back and fires sweeping fusion rays at enemies.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Slime Cane has over a Ruthless one is knockback.

Trivia
- The design for the staff references the vanilla Slime Staff. The two charms hanging from the head of the staff also reference the Calamity Mod Crimslime Staff and Corroslime Staff heads.
- The names for the minions are a reference to characters of the same name from the Pac-man series of games.
- The following is a list of all the design references and inspirations for the sprites of the summons:
- All of the summoned slimes have inspirations from standard RPG class tropes.
- T1 Blinky's hat resembles the Nerdy Slime.
- T2 Inky's hat is based off of the that Kirby wears when using the Sleep ability.
- T3 and 4 Inky's hats are loosely based off of hats found in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe for the Beam Mage.
- T2, 3 and 4 Blinky's hats are vaguely based off of hats found in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe for Doctor Healmore.
- T2 Clyde's hat is loosely based off of one of the Hammer Lord hats in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe.
- T4 Pinky's hat somewhat resembles a hat for the Sword Hero in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe.
- There were Bowser design influences that were split across the T3 and 4 hats for Clyde.
- T5 Clyde's hat resembles an Oni Mask.
- T5 Blinky's hat resembles Purah as seen in The Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
- T5 Pinky's hat vaguely resembles a hat for the Sword Hero in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, alongside being a reference to Valkyries.
- T5 Inky's Hat vaguely resembles the ribbon Kirby wears when using the Grand Hammer ability, alongside a staw hat inspired by The Messenger.
- The dark appearance the slimes take on when fully upgraded is directly based on Tarrs from the game, Slime Rancher.
- Goozmoem is a modified portmanteau on "Goozma" and "Ovum", with the modification of ovum into oem being inspired by Cosmoem from Pokemon.
- Most of the projectiles fired by Blinky are references to certain characters and design aspects in media.
- Referenced are: the old design for Dank Creepers, World of Goo Goo Balls, Gordos from the Kirby series, Chuzzles, Phantoms from Animal Jam, Diplopia (an eye condition), and rubber hose animation styled eyes.
