  • The Guide now has the following Advice messages:
  • If the player has beat Skeletron but hasn't beat Marquis Moonsquid and the Mechanical Bosses:

    • I heard that a giant sea monster lurks beneath the ocean. Maybe you can lure it out with some unusual baits?

If the player has beat the Mechanical Bosses but hasn't beat the Priestess Rod and Golem:

    • If you happen to grab any souls dropped from the Wyverns, you may attract a mysterious beast in high-altitude areas.

If the player has beat the Mechanical Bosses but hasn't beat the Wall of Shadow and the Lunatic Cultist:

    • I hope you make a teleportation wrench out of those souls dropped from mechanic beasts. One day you'll need it to reach the world's seal.

If the player has beat Golem but hasn't beat The Motherbrain:

    • There have been traces of human activities around the dungeon these days. But before you go check that, there's more to do right now.
    • I used to witness flashing lights high up in the sky. But before you go check that, there's more to do right now.
    • once told me that she was building the fourth machine in the dungeon, different from any that you've met.

If the player has beat Golem but hasn't beat Diver and Wall of Shadow:

    • The lizard tribe's pickaxe can expel the absolute darkness buried under the western sea. You may need to check there out.
    • I heard that there's an entrance to an alternative world in the abyss, but I definitely don't recommend you to approach it.

If the player has beat the Moon Lord but hasn't beat the Wall of Shadow:

    • The path of true ordeals has emerged. Grab that torch made out of lunar materials and eradicate the seal at the bottom of the abyss!

If the player has beat the Wall of Shadow but hasn't beat the Slime God, The Overwatcher, The Lifebringer, and The Materealizer:

    • After the barrier is brought to an end, you may encounter something novel in several biomes that remain neutral between hallow and evilness.
    • I heard that the disciples of the Sun reside in the underworld and floating islands, cleaning up the remains of the cities.

If the player has beat the Wall of Shadow but hasn't beat The Overwatcher:

    • I heard that something would happen when you prevent the sands from falling without letting it touch anything. But I have no idea how to do that.

If the player has beat the Wall of Shadow but hasn't beat The Lifebringer:

    • I heard that something would happen when your maximum life has reached over 600. But I have no idea how to do that.

If the player has beat the Wall of Shadow but hasn't beat The Materealizer:

    • I heard that something would happen when you let water and lava come into contact without turning into obsidians. But I have no idea how to do that.

If the player has beat The Overwatcher, The Lifebringer, The Materealizer, but hasn't beat the Scarab Belief and World's End Everlasting Falling Whale: If the player has a Corruption world:

    • The potential of Corruption and Hallow has been released. You now have the opportunity to strengthen yourself for one last time.
    • I recommend you slowly knock the newly born Shadow Orbs with your hammer. You don't want to destroy them, or they'll metastasize to somewhere unexpected.

If the player has a Crimson world:

    • The potential of Crimson and Hallow has been released. You now have the opportunity to strengthen yourself for one last time.
    • I recommend you slowly knock the newly born Crimson Hearts with your hammer. You don't want to destroy them, or they'll metastasize to somewhere unexpected.

If the player has beat The Overwatcher, The Lifebringer, The Materealizer, but hasn't beat the Scarab Belief:

    • I heard that something would happen when you place the hallowed altar on unseen blocks. But I have no idea how to do that.

If the player has beat The Overwatcher, The Lifebringer, The Materealizer, but hasn't beat the World's End Everlasting Falling Whale:

    • I heard that something would happen when you turn the dead creatures alive. But I have no idea how to do that.

If the player has beat The Overwatcher, The Lifebringer, The Materealizer, Scarab Belief, and World's End Everlasting Falling Whale, but hasn't beat The Son:

    • The Hallowed Altar holds one last usage, which can be unleashed with an ancient building... I tell you, the moment has finally come.

If the player has beat The Overwatcher, The Lifebringer, The Materealizer, Scarab Belief, World's End Everlasting Falling Whale, and The Son:

    • Thanks for playing Homeward Journey! The mod is still unfinished. Stay tuned for more.
