Bestiary (Catalyst)

The Bestiary is an in-game catalog of Terraria's various entities, including enemies, NPCs, critters, and bosses. It can be viewed by desktop opening the inventory and pressing ⚒ Use / Attack on the book icon located to the right of the item trash can, at the bottom right of the inventory. The Bestiary displays a description and basic statistics for each entity, including health, damage, defense, and knockback resistance, as well as advanced information like item drop rates. Entries can be sorted and filtered by various criteria, like stats, locations, times, events, etc.

The Catalyst Mod adds 5 new entries to the Bestiary to cover most of its enemies.

Ascended Astral Slime	5	Astral Infection, Rare Creature	A gelatinous star-spawn formed from pure energy, released from a universe destroyed by a slime with god-like power. At their core is a chunk of alien stone bearing an[sic] resonant orb.
Astrageldon	5	Astral Infection, Boss Enemy	An interdimensional slime with the power of a god. Astrageldon is the paragon of the Astral Blight, and in its quest for mass absorbed its entire universe.
Metanova Slime	2	Astral Underground	The destruction of Astrageldon infused the Astral Caverns with a gleaming alien rock. The Metanova Slimes fused with small fragments of this stone, creating maneuverable and durable plates of armor.
Nova Slime	2	Astral Infection	A small fragment of Astrageldon, split off from the main body. The Nova Slime itself holds an immense amount of energy, but lacks the mass to remain stable.
Nova Slimer	2	Astral Infection	A highly dense orb of astral gel bearing blades durable and sharp enough to split dimensions. When they are launched at high speeds, they tear holes in the fabric of reality.
