The Bloodshot Eye is a variant of the Demon Eye that only spawns during a Blood Moon. While targeting a player, Bloodshot Eyes will slow down every 6.67 seconds and shoot one large and two smaller bloodshot shots in a spread, sending it flying backwards slightly with recoil.

Bloodshot Eyes are the only way to obtain Bloodshot Lenses.

Notes

• Unlike other Demon Eye variants, the Bloodshot Eye does not spawn more often during new moons.
