Teratomas are Pre-Hardmode Enemies that spawn in the Cursed Pyramid biome. They spawn either in the infected areas of the Pyramid or by mining Ruby Keystones. When their healthbar drops to zero, they will turn into a sludge and will revive with full health unless killed.
