The Otherworldly Spirit Staff is a craftable Pre-Hardmode, post-Advisor summon weapon. When used, it summons a Otherworldly spirit that accumulates thunder charges (up to 4) which then unleashes the charges which results in lasers being shot at enemies.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Otherworldly Spirit Staff has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
