Repeat's DND Vanity has cross-compatibility with 13 different mods: Calamity, Thorium, Fargo's Mutant Mod, Fargo's Souls Mod, Consolaria, Spirit Mod, AlchemistNPCLite, Wikithis, New Beginnings, Starter Bags, Storm's Additions, Bosses As NPCs, and Homeward Journey.
Mainstream Mods
Calamity
- If Thorium isn't installed but Calamity is installed, the Top Hat recipe added by Repeat's DND Vanity replaces the worm with a Blood Orb.
- When Calamity is installed, the Adamantite Glaive in the Zodge Enchantment recipe is replaced with a Burnt Sienna.
Thorium
- When Thorium is installed, the Top Hat recipe added by Repeat's DND Vanity replaces the worm with Blood.
- Repeat's DND Vanity adds a recipe for the Tranquil Lyre, shown below. (It uses 10 Purified Shards.)

- If Thorium isn't installed, the healing and symphonic bonuses don't apply.
- When Thorium is installed, the recipe for the Kai Enchantment has a Life Quartz Claymore, 100 Purified Water, and a Tranquil Lyre added as ingredients.
- When Thorium is installed, the Iron Helmet in the Topaz Enchantment recipe is replaced with a Noble's Hat, as well as a Roboboe, Panflute, and Jar O' Mayo being added to the recipe.
- When Thorium is installed, the 3 Blue Thread in the Kai's Boots recipes are replaced with 3 Thorium Bars.
Fargo's Mutant Mod
- When Fargo's Mutant Mod is installed, the Force of Dungeoneering has an alternate recipe that uses the Crucible of the Cosmos with the same ingredients, as a nod to the other Forces in Fargo's Souls Mod.
- The Solaris Voodoo Doll has a recipe that uses the Fleshy Doll instead of the Guide Voodoo Doll or any of its vanilla variants.
Fargo's Souls Mod
- When Fargo's Souls Mod is installed and the "Allow Soul of Terraria Integration" option in the Config is enabled, the Force of Dungeoneering is added to the Soul of Terraria recipe.
- The Force of Dungeoneering's tooltip fits in with the other tooltips of the Forces.
Consolaria
- Consolaria's White Thread and Repeat's DND Vanity's White Thread can be crafted into one another at a Loom.
- When Consolaria is installed, the Ancient Plumber's Vanity Set is given recipes for each respective piece.
Spirit Mod
- The following recipes are added from Spirit Mod:

- The Musician sells the Repeat's DND Vanity Music Box after Moon Lord is defeated.
- The Operator sells the below items in the Modded Boss Drops & Materials Shop:

Wikithis
- Repeat's DND Vanity has full compatibility with Wikithis, with the occasional exception of an item or two.
New Beginnings
- When New Beginnings is installed, there is a new origin added called the Vaniteer.
Starter Bags
- When the Starter Bags mod is installed and the "Allow Starter Bags Integration" option in the config is enabled, creating a character gives them the Repeat's DND Vanity Starter Bag.
Storm's Additions Mod
- If Thorium nor Calamity are installed, the Top Hat recipe added by Repeat's DND Vanity replaces the worm with Storm's Additions's Bloody Drop.
Bosses As NPCs
- The Skeletron NPC now sells the True Bone Pickaxe and Black Thread.
- The Queen Bee NPC now sells Green Thread.
Homeward Journey
- The following recipes are added from Homeward Journey from the Fishmen's Delight Free Market Enterprise Zero-Duty Trading System Server Terminal:
