Fractal Matter is a Hardmode block found in the Fractal Wastes and Fractal Ocean. Similarly to Hardened Sand Blocks, it is usually found underneath deposits of Fractal Dust, acting as a ceiling to keep it suspended in the air. It may also grow hyphae, which functions similarly to moss and emits light; hyphae on Fractal Duststone is a vibrant magenta color. Hyphae can be grown manually on Fractal Duststone with the Staff of Regrowth.
