The Scepter of Starpower is a craftable Pre-Hardmode shamanic weapon. As with all shamanic weapons, the Scepter of Starpower's attacks are fired from a catalyst, whose position and direction are based on the position of the cursor.

On use, the Scepter of Starpower fires a small star projectile that travels a short distance forward and can hit one enemy. For each active element the player has, the critical strike chance of the weapon increases by 10%, up to a maximum of 64% base critical strike chance.

Damaging non-Target Dummy enemies will grant the player the Air Element for a length of time.

Its best modifier is Ethereal.
