The Cobalt Scepter is a craftable Hardmode shamanic weapon. As with all shamanic weapons, the Cobalt Scepter's attacks are fired from a catalyst, whose position and direction are based on the position of the cursor.
On use, the Cobalt Scepter fires a cobalt bolt that travels a short distance. The cobalt bolts will strike an enemy 3 times; if all three successfully hit the same target, the player will gain a cobalt orb. After collecting 5 cobalt orbs, the following strike will consume them all to fill the duration of the player's elements by 3 seconds.
Damaging non-Target Dummy enemies will grant the player the 
Earth Element for a length of time.
Its Hardmode ore shamanic weapon counterpart is the Palladium Scepter.
Its best modifier is Ethereal.
