Adorned Branch in action.

The Adorned Branch is a Pre-Hardmode shamanic weapon that has a chance to be obtained from Chests on the surface; it also has a chance to be obtained from Wooden and Pearlwood Crates. As with all shamanic weapons, the Adorned Branch's attacks are fired from a catalyst, whose position and direction are based on the position of the cursor.

On use, the Adorned Branch fires a spread of 3 to 5 wooden splinters that are heavily affected by gravity. If the player has 2 or more active elements, the maximum number of splinters fired increases to 8.

Damaging non-Target Dummy enemies will grant the player the Fire Element for a length of time.

Its best modifier is Ethereal.
