The Vortex Bomb is an addon for the Morph Ball. It goes in the Special slot. When equipped, the player can use the Power Bomb Keybind to place a Vortex Bomb. After 1 second, the bomb will create a screenwide explosion that sucks items toward the point of explosion. After use, there is a 20 second cooldown before another Vortex Bomb can be used.
