The Morph Ball is a modular mount added by the Metroid Mod. It can be upgraded with several addons. It can be activated with Quick Mount. The Morph Ball can be obtained from the Chozo Ruins or crafted.
When activated, it turns the player into a 1 block by 1 block sphere. The colors of the Morph Ball are the colors of the players shirt and undershirt.

Morphing Ball UI
The Morph Ball can be modified by going to the Morphing Ball UI on the equipment screen while the Morph Ball is equipped. From there, five slots can appear where various addons can be placed.
- Spider Ball can go in the Utility slot
- Drill can go in the Drill slot
- Boost Ball can go in the Boost slot
- Any Morph Ball Bombs can go in the Weapon slot
- Any Power Bombs can go in the Special slot
Notes
- The Morph Ball item is not placeable itself, though a placeable version does exist.
