Trivia

• Homing missiles are a feature present in multiple incarnations of Samus's Missile Launcher, though it is often not an upgrade that must be collected, and when it is, it is usually accompanied by some other major feature, such as the ability to fire multiple missiles as seen with Seeker Missiles and Storm Missiles. Most notably, the Prime trilogy allows missiles to home in on targets that Samus is locked onto as a default feature of the Missile Launcher and Prime Hunters only allows missiles to home in when fired by Samus, as the Missile Launcher is her Affinity Weapon.
