The Helix Beam is an addon for the Arm Cannon Power Beam. It goes in the Utility slot.

When equipped, it allows the beam fired to move through terrain. Despite not declaring in its tooltip, the beam fires two shots.a Shots will penetrate 10 tiles before dissipating. The projectiles shot are dual oblong, purple beams which undulate in opposite directions.
