The Frost Beam is an addon for the Arm Cannon Power Beam. It goes in the Secondary slot.

When equipped, it allows the beam fired to slow and freeze enemies. Shots will inflict the enemy with Frozen, slowing them 20% per application until completely freezing them. The projectiles shot are rounded, flared blue beams.
