The Blaze Beam is an addon for the Arm Cannon Power Beam. It goes in the Primary B slot.

When equipped, the beam fired will inflict On Fire! onto enemies, or Frostburn if the Ice Beam is equipped. The projectiles fired are bright orange and oblong.
