The player gains a multiplicative damage modifier based on how high their horizontal velocity is within the past 0.4 seconds, with a minimum of -15%, and gaining +5% per 5.11 mph. However, movement speed past 15.34 mph causes a soft cap to take place, raising the bonus to any boost gained past 15.34 mph to the power of 0.7.
