Notes

• The heal restoration effect is equivalent to taking 12.5% less damage from any attack.
  • This can stack with the Cuffs of Cosmos for effectively 22.5% less damage.
• The defense bonus is from the Shackle, despite the Magic and Celestial Cuffs not benefitting from it.
• Mana sickness gained from the Mana Potions isn't actually reduced, instead the maximum duration is reduced from 10 seconds to 3.33 seconds.
