The Balloon Bag is a craftable Hardmode accessory.

Fishing will be required to obtain all of the crafting materials, not only because of the Sharkron Balloon, but also because of the requirement of 5 Shiny Red Balloons.

The accessory is extremely powerful, due to having 5 extra jumps alongside bonus jump height bonuses. However, it can't be combined with any wings due to using up the player's wing slot.
