Accessories (Catalyst)

Accessories are essential gear used for everything from fishing to mining to of course, combat. Most accessories are crafted at any crafting Station, while others can only be found in Chests, as enemy/boss drops, or purchased from NPCs. The Catalyst Mod adds a new set of accessories some of which are crafted from Metanova Bars which are crafted from the Metanova Ore which generates after defeating Astrageldon. Accessories are items which can be divided into 2 basic categories: cosmetic and functional. Cosmetic items are almost always looks only and are for the vanity slots, whereas function accessories are for usage, and sometimes do not change any visuals, although some vanity accessories overlap with vanity items (e.g music boxes), and some functional accessories can be used as vanity.

Music boxes

Music Boxes are both vanity items and due to being equippable within normal accessory slots, technically vanity accessories as well, and even count as furniture due to their placeable and interactive nature.
