The Mushroom Heir is an NPC vendor, he can be given various different items to obtain various Alchemical Mushrooms. He will move in once the following conditions have been met:

• There is an empty house.
• The player has defeated Mushroom Monarch.

Notes

• Instead of dying, when his health is depleted, Dappercap will hide under a cardboard box for around a minute.

• The Mushroom Heir is the Mushroom Monarch's son and the Feudal Fungus' nephew.
• The Mushroom Heir cannot take any damage from the Mushroom Monarch or Feudal Fungus or any of their attacks.
• The dye item dialogue is a reference to Abigail from Stardew Valley. She would respond the exact same if she was gifted a liked item.
• The dialogue talking about a guy liking Mushroom Monarch is a reference to one of Ancients Awakened's developers who is obsessed with mushroom content.
• The dialogue talking about Malcom references a character from the mod creator's own series, Malcom is a glowing mushroom who used to sell illegal substances until a change of heart.
• The dialogue talking about a mushroom kingdom is a direct reference to the Super Mario series.
• The dialogue mentioning a mushroom enthusiast who wanted 7 mushrooms and the event happening when giving Mushroom Heir the Reality-Bending Mushroom is a reference to the disconinued Ultranium mod. A NPC named The Keeper existed there who accepted certain mushrooms as currency. Furthermore he would give the player the Reality-Bending Shroom upon bringing him 7 secret mushrooms.
