Wither Skeletons are Pre-Hardmode enemies that spawn in The Underworld. They are noticeably stronger than regular Skeletons and may drop Bones, Withered Bones, or a Withered Skull when killed. Upon attacking the player, it inflicts the Wither debuff.

Notes

• This enemy will only start dropping Withered Blade and Withered Bow once Skeletron is defeated.
  • Defeating Skeletron also makes this enemy stronger.

• This enemy's sprite, color scheme, drops, and debuff are inspired by Minecraft's Wither Skeleton mob.
