• The buffs this can grant are: swiftness, ironskin, regeneration, mana regen, mage power, thorns, archery, well fed 2, panic, rage, wrath, inferno, deadeye, and high roller.
  • The effect itself has a 33% chance to trigger each time the player takes damage and will last for 2-6 seconds.
• The debuffs this can inflict are: poison, confusion, hellfire, cursed inferno, ichor, shadowflame, venom, frostburn, varicose, wither, and sharkbite.
  • The effect itself has a 33% chance to trigger each time the player deals damage and will last for 2-3.5 seconds.
• Like all other Zodiac charms, this can be equipped in the hidden charm slot added by Veridian Mod.

• As with the other zodiac items, this item's effects are loosely based on the Zodiacs from The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth.
  • In that game, Virgo turns bad status effects into good ones and has a small chance to grant a temporary shield upon taking damage.
• The 12% increase in damage is a reference to the Twelve Apostles.
