The Pollinator is a powerful Pre-Hardmode yoyo crafted with bee wax, honey, and stingers. Along with a chance to inflict poison, it also periodically spawns bees which do roughly 2/3 base damage.

It has a reach of 12 tiles and a spin time of 7.5 seconds.

Tips

• The Pollinator has the third-highest base damage in Pre-Hardmode, after the Heart of the Sea and Heatwave.
• The bees have a 1/45 chance to spawn every game tick. This equates to roughly 1.3 bees per second on average.

• 3.2.8: Bees are now affected by Hive Pack. Bees will deal 66% base yoyo damage normally, or 150% with Hive Pack.
• 1.3.1: Bee base damage increased from 9 to 18.
