Frigid Ore is a crafting material used to make Frigid Bars. It can be considered a sidegrade to Gold or Platinum. It spawns uncommonly underground in the Snow biome and can also be found in Frozen Chests.

Crafting an entire set of Frigid gear including a full stack of bullets requires 460 ore and 115 Shiverthorn. Excluding bullets 192 and 48 is required.
