The All Seeing Whip is a craftable Hardmode whip. It is a whip you can get after beating the Twins. It has a range of around 22 tiles. It can be considered the short-ranged damage counterpart to the Mighty Whip.

Special Ability: Summons an all seeing eye that will fire lasers at nearby enemies at a slow rate. The all seeing eye does 30 damage.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
