The Astrologian is an NPC that moves in once the following conditions have been met:

There is an empty house.
The Vagrant of Space and Time has been defeated
At least one player has a Weapon Memory in their inventory or portable storage (like the piggy bank).

Note that only Weapon Memories in the inventory or portable storage count. If the Astrologian dies, she will respawn only if the conditions are met again. Weapons upgraded with Memories won't count.

The Astrologian will launch stars at nearby enemies to defend herself, Dealing 23/48/48 base damage at the start of the game, and as the player progresses she will gain various stat increases.
