The Tongueblade is a craftable Hardmode "Sword" that serves as a Sentient Weapon variant of the Bladetongue. ⚒ Use / Attack will swing the creature with its tongue out, which may inflict the Confused Debuff to any enemies it struck. ⚷ Open / Activate will hold out the creature without its tongue out, belching out short-lived ichor clouds that can pierce through enemies a certain number of times.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
