The Tongueblade is a craftable Hardmode melee weapon that serves as a Sentient variant of the Bladetongue. When used, it performs a wide overhead swing that can hit 2 enemies at a time and has a 12.5% chance to inflict the Confused debuff. Holding ⚷ Open / Activate will cause the weapon to belch out Ichor Clouds that deal 50% of the weapon's damage and inflict the Ichor debuff.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
