The Seer is a craftable pre-Hardmode bow. It converts any arrows into Bloot Clots, which travel for a short distance before falling. Every 10th shot, the clot will be replaced with a homing Seer Eye, which can go through tiles and pierce enemies twice.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
