The Seer is a Pre-Hardmode Bow that can be found in a Sleeping Monster Chest. It converts any arrows into bloody tears, which travels for a short distance before falling. Every 10th shot, that tear will be replaced with a homing eye, which can go through tiles, and pierces enemies twice.
Its best modifier is Unreal.
