The Living Seer is a craftable Hardmode bow. It converts any arrows into either Bloot Clots or Blood Clots, which travel for a short distance before falling. Every 20th shot will be replaced with a spread of 3 homing Seer Eyes, which can go through tiles and pierce enemies twice.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
