Hidden Wrist Blade is an Expert Mode exclusive, Pre-Hardmode melee weapon found in the Treasure Bag dropped by the Queen Bee. It is always dropped with Glock 80 and never with Demon Claw and Hecate II. Holding the weapon for 10 seconds while not attacking allows the player to perform a first strike which multiplies damage by 40.
