The Chaos Construct is a Hardmode Enemy that spawns anywhere in The Hallow.

It flies above the player and occasionally attacks with either of two attacks. The first attack is the Chaos construct shooting two balls that split into eight rings. The second attack is the Chaos construct shooting out seven individual rings at the player.

Killing it will summon a Chaos Spirit and a Chaos Construct Chassis.

You can summon the Chaos construct by using an Electromagnetic Lure in the hallow.

Notes

• The Bestiary entry for the Chaos Construct: "A prison designed to weaken the power of the Chaos Spirit inside. Unlike other constructs, the chassis serves no other purpose besides containment."

• Being near a Chaos construct gives the player the Intimidating Presence debuff that lowers enemy spawns and prevents other constructs from spawning.
• If you have the Disruptive Electromagnetic Field Emitter favorited in your inventory or placed on the ground, it will prevent the Chaos construct from spawning.
• The Chaos construct can only spawn once the world is in Hardmode.
