• If the Allow Rowan's Anklets Flight option in the config is enabled, players wearing this accessory can double-tap ▲ Up in order to stop their y-momentum, effectively negating fall damage if spammed.
• The tooltip is referencing the Slimy Saddle, since it can do pretty much the exact same thing.
• The texture depicts a boot from the Hermes Boots with a Shackle around the ankle.
• When worn, Rowan's Powerful Boots looks exactly as if the wearer was wearing Hermes Boots.
