The Warhammer is a Pre-Hardmode warhammer that can be found in Wooden Chests on the surface. On use, the player throws the warhammer towards the cursor that returns to the player upon dealing damage or traveling a certain distance. While held, a charge meter will appear above the player that automatically fills and depletes; the velocity of the weapon is based on how full the meter is when used. If fully-charged, the warhammer travels significantly faster, and will grant the player 1 Block upon successfully hitting an enemy.

The Warhammer cannot be reforged, and therefore cannot have modifiers.
