The Festering Fork is a Pre-Hardmode cross-content shamanic weapon from Orchid and Thorium that has a chance to be obtained from PatchWerk. On use, it fires a bold of festering magic that is moderately affected by gravity. If you have 2 or more active shamanic bonds, hitting an enemy will spawn a maggot.

Hitting enemies provides the Level I Earth Bond to the player.
