The Type 88 Mod III is a Hardmode Rifle serving as an upgrade of Type 88. Just like its predecessor, it converts Musket Ball/Silver Bullet into High Velocity Bullet.

Additionally, it fires a blue laser from its bayonet, piercing up to 4 enemies, but at a cost of dealing less damage than the bullet itself.

⚷ Open / Activate while the weapon is held out will zoom out, like the Sniper Rifle.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
