The Strange Telephone is a craftable Hardmode item used to summon Koishi Komeiji. Unlike other spawners, it can only be crafted after Koishi has been defeated at least once. Koishi can be found randomly wandering around after any other Tier 6 boss, the Golem, or all Tier 5 bosses have been defeated.
