The Spare Rokurokubi Head is a Pre-Hardmode magic weapon. Its primary fire mode functions similarly to the Shadowflame Hex Doll, emitting tendrils of flame at nearby enemies.

Its alternate fire throws the head, which bounces off of tiles and enemies for five seconds before exploding. During the explosion, a large number of fire tendrils are emitted in all directions, each doing 3 times the damage inflicted by those of the normal fire mode. However, the main fire cannot be used again until the head has exploded.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
