The Cursed Decoy Doll is spawned by Seija Kijin when she takes a high amount of damage from homing projectiles over a short time. While the doll is active, all homing projectiles home in on the doll (which is nearly immune to damage due to its high defense) rather than Seija. After 7.5 seconds (15 seconds), the doll self-destructs.
If Seija is defeated, she may drop the Cursed Decoy Doll item, allowing the player to replicate this effect.
