The Cursed Decoy Doll is a Hardmode item. On use, a small hovering doll is created. While the doll is active, nearby enemies will target their attacks at it, rather than at the player. The doll lasts for 10 seconds before breaking down.

A few enemies are immune to the effect of the Cursed Decoy Doll. Currently, these consist of:
