The Celes Costume is an armor set that consists of the Celes's Head, Celes's Top, and Celes's Bottoms. It can be obtained from the Celes's Outfit Bag with a 100% chance.

While wearing a full set press Ability (see controls) to grant the Runic buff. The buff lasts for 20 seconds and will absorb the next magic projectile you are hit with and turn it into mana. The amount of mana restored is equal to the amount of damage dealt. This ability can only be used once every 20 seconds.
