Eternal provides some Configuration settings for both server and client sides.
Server-Side Configuration

| Recipe changes | Toggle | On/Off | Changes some of the recipes in the game as well as add ones for various items with no recipes added by Eternal. |
| Cosmic Apparition natural spawn | Toggle | On/Off | Makes the Cosmic Apparition Spawn naturally if not yet defeated in the world, this feature is for Hell mode only. |
| Brutal Hell mode | Toggle | On/Off | Makes Hell mode a little more punishing. |
| Hell mode vanilla bosses | Toggle | On/Off | Buffs the health, damage and defense of vanilla bosses. |
