Pre-hardmode
The Blight King

The Blight King is a demonic war machine with 2,000/3,000/3,825. It is summoned with Biomechanical Matter at night. It is intended to be fought between King Slime and Eye of Cthulhu.
The Blight King drops items themed around blight when defeated. Its expert-exclusive drop is the Blight Reactor, an that which gives attacks a chance to spawn a blight wave on hit when equipped.
The Gardener
The Gardener is a giant flower with ???/???/??? health. It is summoned using The Prettiest Flower in the jungle. Defeating The Gardener will free the Elf.
The Gardener drops items themed around plants. Its expert-exclusive drop is the Jungle Gem, an that which allows the player to perform a vertical dash that leaves behind a trail of spores when equipped.
Glaciation

Glaciation is a icy mechanical worm with ???/???/??? health. It is summoned using a Kelvinite Radar in the snow biome.
Glaciation drops items themed around ice and machines. Its expert-exclusive drop is the Glaciation's Fang, an accessory that gives 10 armor penetration, thorns, and causes attacks to inflict frostburn when equipped.
The Hand of Cthulhu

The Hand of Cthulhu is a mysterious servant of Cthulhu ???/???/??? health. It is summoned with a Slayer's Trophy in the ocean.
The Hand of Cthulhu drops items themed around the ocean and underwater cities. Its expert-exclusive drop is the Gauntlet of Cthulhu, an accessory that gives the player 2 HP/s(separate form life regen) and when at max life, 10% increased damage when equipped

The Curse Preacher

The Curse Preacher is a bard who embraced the cursed flame with ???/60,000/76,500 health. It is summoned with a Cursed Soul at night.
The Curse Preacher drops items themed around cursed flames and music. Its expert mode drop is the Cursed Cloak, an accessory that greatly boosts life regen during invincibility frames, grants immunity to cursed inferno, and causes attacks to inflict cursed inferno.
