The Wishbone is a consumable item bought from the 
Skeleton Merchant that can be used to allow all of Consolaria's seasonal events (namely, Easter, Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, Oktoberfest, Saint Patrick's Day and Valentine's Day) to be active at once.
Note that this is only relevant if, in the Configuration options, at least some of the content is seasonally restricted. Easter and Thanksgiving have their own separate options, while the others are all lumped together in the "other events" option. By default, all these options are turned off, so the wishbone is not useful in this case.
The Wishbone has no effect on the Halloween and Christmas seasonal events.
The Wishbone lasts until either 2:10 AM or 11:10 AM, whichever comes first.
When used, the text message "The spirits of celebration arise..." appears. When the effect wears off, the text message "The spirits of celebration dissipate..." appears.
If a player purchased the Wishbone, the Skeleton Merchant will stop selling it until the next time the clock reaches 2:10 or 11:10. However, more Wishbones can still be bought as long as the sho window is not closed, since the game does not change a merchant's inventory while the shop window is open.
